Internet Explorer:

Open Internet Explorer
Click the gear-shaped icon in the upper right corner
Click About Internet Explorer. A pop-up window will open.
If available, check the box next to Install new versions automatically

Please upgrade to the current version of the Google Chrome browser before logging into the provider portal.

Google Chrome:

Open Google Chrome
Click the more-icon (vertical line of circles) in the upper right right
Click/Hover Help
Click About Google Chrome
If available, a new version of Google Chrome will install

Please upgrade to the current version of the Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge browser before logging into the provider portal.

Microsoft Edge:

Microsoft Edge is updated when Windows 10 is up to date
To update Windows 10:
- Click the Start button
- Type Windows Update and press Enter
- Check for updates and install as directed by your IT staff

Mozilla Firefox:

Open Mozilla Firefox
Click the Firefox menu icon (3 bars) in the upper right corner
Click the Help icon
Select About Firefox
Click Update or Restart Firefox to Update

Opera:
Opera should download an update when one becomes available

To manually check for an update
Open the Opera menu (O button or Opera button)
Click Update & Recovery...
Click the Check for Update button
After the update downloads, Click Update

Safari:

Safari is included in the Apple operating system for MacOS and iOS.
To keep Safari up to date, install the latest macOS or iOS updates.

NOTE: For some earlier version of MacOS, Safari might also be available separately from the Updates tab of the App Store.
